Sister Mary Frances

As a young sister, I have seen firsthand the impact that social media can have on young girls. While it can be a useful tool for connecting with friends and staying informed, it can also be a source of distraction, comparison, and anxiety.

In my opinion, young girls are better off serving God than spending countless hours scrolling through social media feeds. Serving God allows us to focus on what truly matters in life, such as building meaningful relationships, serving others, and growing in our faith.

When we serve God, we discover the joy and fulfillment that comes from living a life of purpose and meaning. We find that our worth is not defined by how many likes or followers we have, but by our inherent dignity as children of God.

I encourage young girls to consider serving God in their lives, whether that means joining a religious community, volunteering in their community, or simply striving to live a life that is guided by faith and values. When we serve God, we become agents of love and compassion in the world, and we help to bring about the change and transformation that our world so desperately needs.

May God bless you all on your journey, and may you find the courage and strength to serve Him with all your heart and soul.

Blessed Virgin Mary
Dear God,
we come before you with open hearts, seeking your guidance and your love. We ask that you bless all young girls who are seeking to find their place in the world, and who are striving to live a life that is guided by faith and values. We pray that you grant them the wisdom and discernment to make the right choices in life, and the courage and strength to follow their dreams and aspirations. May they find the confidence and self-worth that comes from knowing that they are loved by you, and that they are called to greatness in your eyes. We ask that you help them to see the beauty and potential that lies within them, and to use their gifts and talents to serve you and others. May they be a source of light and hope in the world, bringing joy, love, and compassion to those they encounter. Guide them, O Lord, and help them to find their way in life. May they always remember that they are loved by you, and that with you all things are possible. We offer this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
Amen.
